Our client, one of Scotland’s leading housebuilders, tasked Whitewall with increasing traffic and interest in two new-build developments through a search and display PPC campaign.

Our client required a competitive and budget-friendly solution to drive traffic and interest in their new-build developments across Scotland’s central belt.

The solution

Through research using SEO tools to monitor keywords, analysing the housebuilder’s website traffic with Google Analytics, and identifying key opportunities, we created a search and display Google Ads PPC campaign.
The campaign was tailored to the housebuilder’s target audience through key demographic information to ensure that the budget was optimised to target realistic leads and maximise the return on investment.

The results

The results were an immediate success with a clear return on investment through the interest generated in the developments via website traffic and show home visits booked.
