The challenge

British Land asked us to populate and manage 40 websites for its retail assets across the UK, including shopping centres and retail parks. For each individual asset, we had to create a strong online presence to reflect its unique features while staying true to the overall British Land brand.

The solution

Our goal was to provide visitors with a seamless and engaging digital experience designed to grow footfall at each asset. Our website management services included creation of new content for up to 40 websites every week. We also created posts for around 60 social accounts, undertaking community management with regular interaction across the larger shopping centre assets to increase engagement.
During this time, our retail marketing team were also workign with British Land, creating and implementing marketing strategies for six shopping centres in Scotland and northern England, planning and executing on-site activations to drive footfall and sales.

The results

We created a strong online presence for the client’s retail asset portfolio. Website and social media visitors could access information about events and promotions to drive both engagement and footfall. We’re proud to have contributed to the client’s success during our partnership and that our expertise played a significant role in achieving their business objectives.
