Our New Year’s Resolutions

Our New Year’s Resolutions

“New year, new you!” “Out with the old, in with the new.” “Back to auld claithes and porridge.”

Whatever new year’s cliché you prefer (ours is obviously the latter) now is the time to invest some thought into what you want to achieve in 2019.

Need some inspiration? Here’s a complete list of our 2019 new year’s resolutions from WW HQ. A few people were still off swanning about on annual leave when we wrote this blog, see if you can guess which ones were made up on their behalf.

Ash – “Touch my toes with ease.”

Ailsa – “Drink less wine and go more walks (but not to the pub)!”

Tina – “Have more than one visible stomach ab.”

Rachel – “Be more sociable (with dogs)!”

Caroline – “Go to five Scottish music festivals. And watch more #corgibutt videos!”

Carolyn – “No more donuts!”

Ross – “Read more, write more, and watch less Judge Judy on youtube!”

Jo – “My aim is to stop sweating the small stuff!”

Kristen – “Steal my parents’ dog Jess and smuggle her back to Glasgow to live with me forever.”

Rachelle – “My new year’s resolution is to go on holiday or to a concert every month of the year!”

Susie – “To successfully teach Mark to play guitar. I do a cracking rendition of Wham’s last Christmas!”

Lindsay – “Grow lots of new types of vegetable in my garden.”

Lynsey – “Give up Smashburger and do less sl*t drops on nights out.”

Mark M – “Learn how to properly play guitar. I’m going to be the next Carlos Santana – but with a little less hair!”
