St Stephen’s is a popular shopping centre located in the centre of Hull – two floors of shopping, dining and leisure options to keep customers entertained.
To tie in to the sponsorship of a local Kite Festival, we conceptualised and created a kite themed marketing campaign for to run from spring to autumn, with some pretty uplifting creative to accompany it.
Working with our event partner, over 200 individual kites were suspended from an intricate rod and wire system which works with the centres natural airflow to recreate kites flying in the wind. It encourages people to look up, drawing their eyes upwards to highlight the first-floor food and leisure terrace offering.
Quality was confirmed with catchy copy The height of good taste… and plays on height and up were littered throughout key messaging. Bright colours were used throughout the creative execution to appeal to a family demographic.
